Janet Mendel
Janet Mendel is our regular contributor for our Cuisine Section. Janet, an American journalist, lives in an olive grove overlooking the Mediterranean. She writes about food, travel, people and events for newspapers, magazines and travel guides worldwide. Janet is the foremost expert on the cuisine of Spain, and is the author of several cookbooks.
David Jeffers
David Jeffers is one of the creators of the Costa Del Sol Voice website which promotes and defends the good name of the Costa Del Sol and Marbella. David is the regular contributor for our charity page, which features the charitable works of local people and promotes one of the many needy charities on the Coast.

With a degree in Communication Arts from the UK and nearly 20 years experience working within the corporate publishing industry in the USA and Kuala Lumpur, when Tanya relocated to Spain in September 2006, it became a natural transition to launch a magazine that is both informative, practical and designed with the readers in mind. Costa del Sol HOME Magazine is the result. A magazine that brings readers endless inspiration and ideas to help them set up home on one of the most beautiful coastal regions in Spain, with features on décor, design, furnishing, outdoor living, home improvement and gardens. In addition we also offer a wealth of ideas and advice for readers’ lifestyle on the Costa del Sol with features on health, beauty, cuisine, restaurants and property issues. Having been with Costa del Sol HOME Magazine since day one, Linda is integrally involved with all aspects of the business and in particular Advertising and Marketing. She has over 20 years of experience in media on the Costa del Sol, including publishing her own local magazine and working with local radio stations and entertainment outlets. Linda hails from Scotland, where she worked with many international firms, including Coca Cola Schweppes, Scottish European Airlines and Norton Opax International Publishing.
